Own the roadmap for internal tooling that enables highly efficient, reliable evaluation of search and related Gen AI features.
Work with stakeholders to define scope, determine feasibility, and translate business/customer objectives into technical requirements for customer facing human-in-the-loop applications.
Partner with leadership to create resource plans, ensure effective cross-team collaboration, and drive execution around product delivery.
Communicate and provide technical guidance to partner product teams, as appropriate, throughout the model development lifecycle.
Balance factors such as cost, time to market and resourcing to optimize iterative value delivery for customers.
About You
You’re a fit for this role if your background includes:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, ML or a related field
Proven track record in technical product development, with a focus on applied AI research and end-to-end delivery of AI, search, or Gen AI products.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences and articulating a compelling strategic vision.
Experience with agile project management and scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, utilizing data and statistics to inform decisions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (ML science, Engineering, UXR, Design, Marketing) to balance trade-offs in technologies and execution strategies.
