Primary responsibility of this role is to manage the following for Relias’ personnel assessment solution:

  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Content, Engineering, Platform, Sales, and Marketing across all markets to complete work and advocate for the right business priorities to help Relias’ personnel assessments succeed
  • Participate in personnel assessment validation, item analyses, and adverse impact analyses; manage and analyze data related to personnel assessments; and conduct other descriptive and inferential analyses related to personnel assessments to help continually improve the product
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support product development efforts
  • Lead the discovery process to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Work with Product Manager to translate insights into detailed product requirements, identify ambiguities, define clear acceptance criteria, prioritize tradeoffs, manage the backlog, and drive your development teams to deliver quality products
  • Create deep relationships with target customers as the established expert for personnel assessments
  • Communicate priorities based on well-defined and measured business cases
  • Support the Product Managers to create and maintain an internal and public facing Roadmap

 

Qualifications:

·         1 year of experience in product management or strategy role preferred

·         1 year of experience working with personnel assessments and the interpretation of assessment data preferred

·         A BA/BS or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Consulting Psychology, or psychometrics preferred

·         Intermediate descriptive and inferential statistical analytical skills; knowledge of SPSS or R preferred

·         Able to identify trends through manipulation and analysis of large quantities of data

·         Demonstrated understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems

·         Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings; comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization

·         Not afraid of the details – need to be highly focused mitigating product development risk by ensuring that no rocks go unturned

·         Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence

·         Solid understanding and proven experience working in a dynamic development environment
