D365 Technical CRM Product Manager - RPW
Seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical CRM Product Manager – RPW to partner with our Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW) group business and technology teams through its next growth phase. This Technical CRM Product Manager will be charged with overseeing, managing and developing capabilities for RPW team regarding our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 in collaboration with our functional team, support team and developers. The D365 TCPM – RPW will also be the day-to-day technical resource and subject matter expert on assigned projects and workstreams. He/she will equip both the end user and the team with the knowledge to drive Dynamics 365 in the most effective and architecturally sound way. The Dynamics 365 Technical Product Manager - RPW, Sales Enablement will thrive in our fast-paced environment and be an expert collaborator. He/she will manage the technical CRM individuals, and along with that team, will provide daily operational support, maintenance, and on-going management of HUB’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Technology and sales tools are of upmost importance to HUB’s continued growth. A key aspect for this role will be to provide support and oversight for the system configuration, upgrade, security administration, change management and on-going monitoring of HUB’s RPW Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
Manage the on-going support, maintenance, and enhancement of HUB’s RPW Dynamics 365 environments, DEV, UAT, INT and PROD.
Manage 365 Data Migration Analyst
Engage with HUB RPW Business Product Owner, leaders, and teammates to understand their needs and drive efficient business processes via ongoing process improvements to MDS 365 rules and workflows.
Triage requests for system enhancements and maintain enhancement schedule to support evolving business strategies.
Collaborate with RPW Product Owner to achieve integration and partnership goals with third-parties – e.g. Vendors. Support new account growth and projects related to platform.
Collaborate with RPW Product Owner to implement future system changes and design, identifying requirements, priorities and timelines. Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on architectural and business needs.
Drive RPW Dynamics implementations through both all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy and agile deployments as well.
Manage change control (i.e. receiving business requirement, report requirement, change or enhancement requests from Users) with Business Product Owner.
Serve as functional and technical subject matter expert to participate in development, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and support of RPW Dynamics 365 / CRM environment.
Perform changes to Workflows using Power Automate, database fields, screens using out-of-the-box tool sets for entity configuration, workflows and templates
Understanding of Microsoft D365 data including Advanced Find, Dashboards, Report Wizard, as well as Power BI
Collaborate with RPW Products Owner to document training, policy and procedures, and user manuals for D365 system
Partner with RPW Product Owner to create test scripts and facilitate proper user testing of changes to the system before roll out into production
Development/management of specific user security roles and privileges, along with underlying profile structure
In collaboration with RPW Product Owner, support maintenance of Development lifecycle, QA, and Production environments, and move customization between environments. Roll out enhancements / upgrades with appropriate communication and collaboration with trainers for end-users training
Provide support for user’s advanced day-to-day questions, problems, and issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field strongly preferred.
Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 product knowledge ideally including Sales, Power Platform, Customer Insights – Journeys & Data
5+ years administering and/or designing Microsoft Dynamics CRM with various integration strategies
Experience with additional products in the Power Platform, such as Power Apps Portal, Power Automate, etc.
Ability to drive continued innovation in thinking, requirements, and delivered capabilities
Strong inter-team collaboration skills between various technical, business, marketing, and IT teams
Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to company leadership. Ability to translate the technical into business language to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
Travel
Travel is dependent on the needs and geographic spread of the HUB Regions. On average, 10% travel to offices within the US per year as may be asked to travel throughout the US in support of an initiative, or to attend a training or meeting.
