Summary
The HRIS Product Manager is responsible for working with stakeholders and a technical team to maximize the value of the Human Resources Information System, UKG, (“HRIS”) through the development and maintenance of a comprehensive HRIS Program. The HRIS Product Manager will be a champion for the HRIS, ensuring the system and business processes meet Buckle’s needs, requirements, and objectives. The HRIS Product Manager requires proficient communication skills to work with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. The position requires the ability to successfully partner with executive, strategy, development, and administrative groups to build and execute the vision for the HRIS at Buckle. The HRIS Product Manager will work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and Sales along with other departments as needed.

HRIS Management & Maintenance
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the HRIS, including user access, data integrity, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the system administrator for the HRIS, managing configuration, permissions, and upgrades.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies by conducting regular audits and implementing best practices.
System Optimization & Process Improvement
• Identify and implement process improvements in HR operations, leveraging the HRIS to automate and streamline processes where possible.
• Develop project plans, timelines and resource allocation in collaboration with the team leadership and project stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT, and Sales) for HRIS upgrades, patches and other technical projects that further HR strategic goals.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects with stakeholders at all levels, including coordination and facilitation of project meetings, status updates, and other communications.
Data Reporting & Analytics
• Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support business decisions and HR strategy.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on key HR metrics, including workforce demographics and headcount.
User Support & Training
• Provide end-user support for HRIS functionality and resolve any system issues in collaboration with IT as needed.
• Develop and deliver training for HR Team and other users to maximize the effectiveness of the HRIS.
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes, data definitions, technical specifications, test cases, deployment plans, release notes, and training materials.
Compliance & Security
• Ensure data privacy and security protocols are in place and adhered to, following relevant compliance requirements.
• Work closely with the HR and Legal Teams to support compliance with applicable regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and EEOC.
• Regularly review and audit user access and permissions to protect sensitive HR data.
General

• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
