Job Description:
Implement and support technical tasks in MES including gathering requirements, designing, developing, workshops & demos, CRP, UAT; utilize knowledge and innovation to develop new approaches for enterprise applications integration, workflow automation, performance optimization, and overall solution architecture to improve current operation systems and integration landscape with the goal of delivering business process efficiency through the development of process automation; architect and lead the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Diaspark MES and NetSuite ERP systems as it relates to Jewelry manufacturing and repair activities; collaborate with internal business partners, users, and functional teams to gather and validate business requirements and understand processes, developing detailed process flows/maps; translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements, ultimately deriving viable system solutions for the implementation; translate information from functional walkthroughs to draft design and technical specifications, and project deliverables, making changes to the scope as required; manage the execution process and develop documentation, including preparing QA scenarios and test scripts, documenting findings, working with the development team to explain concerns, providing QA Signoff with artifacts to the Application Manager, etc; troubleshoot and test solutions that meet requirements and follow quality management standards; act as the subject matter expert throughout the implementation and continuous improvement of the system; proactively develop internal customer relationships, anticipate and identify obstacles, troubleshoot, and work with internal and external teams to resolve; liaise between internal teams and external partners, including planning and organizing the implementation plan for projects, configuring, set-up, and resolving issues; continuously improve processes, procedures, and tools.
Job Requirements:
