We are seeking an innovative and experienced Product Manager to lead the introduction of a new, cutting-edge product designed for retirement plan sponsors to administer their retirement plans. This product will leverage both knowledge-based resources and AI-backed solutions to enhance user experience and streamline administration processes. As the Product Manager, you will work closely with internal teams across education, sales, marketing, and IT to ensure a successful product development and launch. This role is critical to positioning our organization at the forefront of technology-driven retirement plan solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Strategy: Coordinate the development and implementation of a product strategy for a retirement plan administration solution that combines knowledge-based tools and AI-powered features to optimize plan management for retirement plan sponsors.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with the education team to create AI-driven learning resources and tools, and collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and IT teams to ensure the product meets market needs and is successfully launched.
  • Project Management: Develop the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and implementation while managing budget, resources, and timelines.
  • Knowledge-Based Solutions: Build a robust knowledge base to support plan sponsors with on-demand information, compliance updates, and best practices tailored to their needs.
  • Market Research & Compliance: Stay informed on the latest trends in AI, knowledge management, retirement plan regulations, and competitor products to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Product Launch: Drive the go-to-market strategy, including coordination of marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the product is meeting goals and delivering value to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services, AI-driven solutions, or retirement plan technology.
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k) plans, ERISA, and retirement plan administration.
  • Experience with AI technologies and knowledge management systems, particularly in a product management role.
  • Proven success in launching AI-powered and knowledge-based products in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends in AI and knowledge-based solutions and translate them into innovative product features.
