Why We Need You
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager with strong gamification skills to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining, refining, and driving the product strategy for key projects, from initial concept through to post-launch. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet customer expectations and contribute to the long-term success and vision of the company. Your expertise in managing the full product lifecycle and integrating gamification techniques will be crucial in creating engaging, seamless user experiences that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop Product and Gamification Strategy: Create and execute product strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and vision, incorporating gamification techniques to boost user engagement and retention. Define clear objectives, establish success metrics, and ensure the product aligns with market needs and customer motivations.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements based on strategic goals and gamification opportunities. Adjust the roadmap based on evolving business needs and customer feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product goals, incorporating gamification strategies into product features to enhance user engagement.
- Customer Experience & Gamification Design: Design onboarding and customer journey touchpoints with a focus on gamification to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and encourage long-term user retention.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to drive product decisions, particularly around the effectiveness of gamification elements. Test hypotheses, regularly analyze customer feedback, product performance metrics, and market trends to inform decisions on product features and updates.
- Customer Success: Develop and implement customer success strategies that leverage gamification to improve user satisfaction, retention, and engagement. Collaborate with customer experience and support teams to ensure a cohesive, gamified approach to user support and knowledge sharing.
- Product Launch: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful product launches that include engaging gamification elements.
- Process Optimization: Refine product development workflows to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-market while incorporating scalable gamification strategies.
- Feedback Loops: Collect and analyze customer feedback related to gamification features to guide product decisions and iterations.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in gamification, and suggest new features that enhance the product, drive engagement, and improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA with at least 3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on software of Fintech products.
- Strong expertise in integrating gamification into product strategies to drive user engagement and growth.
- Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure attention to detail.
- Experience using data to drive decisions and optimize product direction.
- Excellent at fostering teamwork, aligning stakeholders, and driving collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana/Jira, analytics platforms (TBD), and AI prompts (e.g., GPT-4 or similar).
