Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance and other stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering and experience turning ambiguous issues into clear and concise projects.
  • Experience working with UI designers and user researchers to identify and solve user issues.
  • Ability to analyze experiments, generate insights and improve product design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive increased reach for Main App by launching on new devices and form factors.
  • Improve and modernize the visual design of our web products.
  • Upgrade the web watch page, to make it easier for viewers to find what they want to watch and immerse themselves in all formats of video (e.g., movies, shorts, live etc).
  • Lead cross-functional UX and engineering teams to deliver value to our web viewers by launching new ideas and iterating based on data.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of viewer needs, markets, competition and industry trends.
