Product Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused, “full stack” Product Marketer to drive messaging and positioning initiatives, create strong enablement materials for our customer-facing teams, support roadmap strategy and product launch execution, and develop, share, and take action on insights from customer, competitive and market research.

You will partner with our Marketing, R&D, Sales, and CX teams to build, launch, and drive adoption of Sendoso’s products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help expand Sendoso into new industries and audiences, contributing to our next chapter of growth.

You'll be a great fit for this role if you’re a passionate storyteller and customer advocate. A good candidate will be a focused self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills, and proven experience building effective cross-functional relationships.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead successful multi-channel product launches as a strong partner to the Product team, with a focus on driving business results 
  • Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates empathy for and understanding of our customers’ needs
  • Drive deeper engagement with our product through a variety of educational content, including web and social content, event content, blog posts, webinars, product tips, playbooks, and partner materials
  • Partner with the Marketing, Product and CX teams to launch use-case focused campaigns across web, onboarding, activation, and adoption
  • Work with Sales and CX to develop and train the teams on enablement resources (onesheets, competitive battlecards, presentations), arming our customer-facing folks to better position Sendoso against competitors
  • Help define target audience segmentation and buyer persona development based on customer interviews, sales calls, and research
  • Partner with the GTM team to understand pricing and packaging implications and adapt as needed
  • Manage our beta programs, from customer outreach, managing beta communications, coordinating feedback sessions, to promoting customer success stories
Your experience:
  • 3+ years in product marketing or a related role
  • Direct experience operating as a full-stack marketer, leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details
  • You thrive in a dynamic start-up environment — you have the mindset and ability to build and execute plans and manage competing priorities autonomously
  • Demonstrated track record leading new product releases, improving product adoption, hitting pipeline goals, and inspiring the market
  • Natural curiosity, a creative mindset, and willingness to experiment and iterate
  • A passion for data analysis and using data to drive incremental improvements
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to drive multiple projects at once
  • Great at building rapport and aligning stakeholders at all levels to hit timelines and goals
