We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Product Manager to join our R&D team focused on creating an amazing foundational experience for our Robin users.

This role is interesting because:

    • You are working on solving problems for customers in order to make their workplace experience better
    • You will have ownership of a large part of the product, with the ability to ship frequently and see real results
    • You are thinking about how to ensure Robin is automating the mundane tasks in the office so people can focus on getting their best work done
    • You are working cross-functionally with other teams to create the best experience for employees and administrators as they complete their jobs-to-be-done with Robin

You are qualified if you have:

    • Experience working as a product manager in a B2B SaaS company building products at scale, B2C experience a plus
    • Worked with customers, internal stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define the most impactful problems to solve and deliver solutions that solve those problems
    • Used data and analytics to back up key insights
    • Experience across the product life cycle including research, ideation, launch, and iteration
    • Worked in environments where you need to adapt because the problems to be solved change with regularity
    • Experience with building platforms, preferably with 5+ years working as a product manager as well as knowledge of ML/NLP/AI with proven results
