Job Description: As an Intern - Social Media Content Creator, you’ll help us grow our online presence by creating of-the-moment, humorous, sticky and informative social media content. You’ll collaborate with our team to design posts, videos, and stories that resonate with our audience, especially within the Spanish speaking community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constantly pitch fresh ideas

  • Pitch fresh ideas, then create, edit, and publish content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

  • Develop bilingual (English and Spanish) content that is both fun and informative.

  • Measure the impact of your content and use data to inform your decisions.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with branding goals.

  • Be comfortable being in front of the camera and/or guiding others in content creation.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends to create viral and engaging posts.

  • Spend one day a week at our Lehi office (M,T, or Th).

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English.

  • Strong passion for social media and content creation.

  • Excellent eye for trends, creative content, and engagement opportunities.

  • Comfortable in front of the camera; not shy about being the face of content.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Availability for 5-10 hours a week, with one day in the office.

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Previous acting experience or experience being in front of a camera.

  • Experience with video editing software (i.e., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).

  • Proven ability to create viral or highly engaging content on social media.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the program management for Seis’ suite of banking products, ensuring they meet both customer needs and regulatory standards.

  • Manage relationships with key partners, such as Visa, ensuring all compliance, operational processes, and limits (e.g., check deposit limits) are clearly defined for internal teams to implement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, compliance) to align product features with the bank’s requirements and customer needs.

  • Drive the strategic vision for Seis’ program management, working closely with leadership to ensure the banking app continues to deliver exceptional value for its customers.

  • Lead the charge in reducing scope and improving speed, without compromising on quality, by understanding what’s essential to customers and navigating potential roadblocks with partners.

  • Dive into complex, often ambiguous product challenges to identify and implement effective solutions.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, with a proven track record of navigating difficult roadblocks.

  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work closely with engineers to understand technical constraints and navigate practical solutions.

  • A curious and adaptable leader, eager to ask the right questions and challenge assumptions to get the best results for the team and customers.

  • Experience managing third-party partnerships and ensuring products meet complex regulatory requirements.
