About this role
As our Senior Product Manager for the Growth team, you will define, own, and lead all initiatives that deliver our products to more customers more effectively and efficiently. You will work alongside a collaborative team of teammates from design, engineering, marketing, business operations, and operations.
Your work will span improving how we market to and acquire customers and how we support them along their journey with us. The Possible loan is a fundamental part of our customers’ financial lives, and our use of innovation, technology, data, and customer insights is critical to ensuring our product delivers what our customers need when they need it. Success in this role means you are a champion of this work, an amazing teammate and motivator, a critical thinker, and a skillful prioritizer. You will lead a dedicated team of senior engineers and be expected to operate with high autonomy.
What you’ll do
- Own and define the company's product growth strategy. Build a comprehensive strategy in partnership with marketing and data science to drive clear outcomes.
- Lead initiatives to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, and a broad spectrum of product-led growth opportunities.
- Optimize the customer onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
- Collaborate & communicate with cross-functional teams to align growth objectives with overall business goals.
- Utilize a combination of customer research & data-driven insights to meet our customer's needs.
- Lead the ideation & prioritization of growth experiments across channels and platforms.
- Inspire the team with a compelling vision and strategy, strongly partner with Engineering on execution, and own the delivery of outcomes.
- Be a product culture champion and help evangelize the growth mindset, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and experimentation.
What you’ll bring
- Passion for the customer and making a positive societal change
- Work well in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and a focus on execution
- 6+ years of Product Management experience with B2C products
- 3+ years of Product Management experience supporting marketing and growth initiatives
- 2+ years of mobile app experience
- A reputation for successfully translating customer insights into product features and coherently communicating detailed requirements to designers and engineers
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics tools, Mobile marketing tech stack, SQL, Tableau, Amplitude, etc.
- Can switch between deep diving into technical details and driving cross-functional communication
- Ability to project manage across functions, spot and remove dependencies, and help the team to execute with speed and efficiency

We prefer people located in Seattle, the San Francisco Bay area, or New York or those willing to travel to these locations regularly.
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,500 to $190,000 annually, with significant equity potential based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a remote work environment.
