About the team 

The Payment Performance and optimization team is responsible for developing our global payment optimization product proposition, a.k.a. Revenue Boost, one of Worldpay’s top strategic priorities. Our vision is to maximize merchants’ acceptance at lowest possible cost through data science and machine learning. You will be central to this vision. 

What you’ll own 

  • Understand the Company strategy, market, industry, and client goals and apply this understanding to assigned product space to create a product strategy. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and delivery phases with overall business objectives 

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancement, with a focus on seamless integration into our business by working closely with development leads to prioritize features and improvements based on customers and market needs. 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands and competitor activities within the card issuance landscape and identify opportunities for optimization  

  • Establish KPIs for our solutions and regularly assess product performance. 

What you bring 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization 

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in complex technical detail and aggregate key points in a direct, impactful manner for non-technical and executive audiences 

  • 5 years + Product Management experience 

  • You place the customer at the heart of every decision you make 

  • Ability to clearly document and communicate product, technical and business requirements 

  • Deep knowledge of payment ecosystem and industry trends 

  • Ability to integrate change into complex operational/technical environments 

  • Strong negotiation, organization, analytical, collaboration and people skills 

  • Tenacity in your goals, insatiable curious for knowledge and passionate for celebrating success

The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
