About the Role: 

As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead transformative change within our organization. You will manage critical business relationships surrounding data impacting business use from major partners. This role involves driving expansion into new sources, securing existing sources, and proactively addressing potential regulatory challenges. You will establish and maintain partnerships with critical support teams across the organization while focusing on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Leveraging reporting to hold partners accountable for expanding into new sources, support business case creation, and prevent source reduction through proactive research.

  • Securing and strengthening existing connections with partners to drive innovation through sharing best practices.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data practices, maintain linkages between products and data assets.

  • Securing and strengthening existing connections with Stakeholders.

  • Creating and managing a centralized repository for product-related data assets, ensuring proper version control and access.

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance data management practices.

  • Developing plans to mitigate risks and challenges associated with expansion initiatives.

  • Establishing clear guidelines and metrics for evaluating the financial viability of new sources.

  • Implementing strategies to foster growth and expansion in alignment with financial goals.

  • Working with customers to address issues and concerns.

  • Partnering with team members to solve complex problems.

  • Using analytical skills to review data sets and generate a comprehensive view of the data sets along with recommendations to the business on how to move forward with a decision based on learnings from the data.

  • Coaching other team members on how to review data and perform their day-to-day responsibilities.

  • Acting as a team leader and team player.

Requirements:

  • Have minimum of 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Have a BA or MA Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Insurance, Risk Management).

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork and drive successful outcomes.

  • Have experience as recognized full owner of a payments product or sizable feature of a complex payments product.

  • Have the ability to motivate teams and hold them accountable to established rules, frameworks, and delivery standards.

  • Have released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.

  • Experience partnering with and influencing diverse teams in multiple locations.

  • Have proven track record of frequent product customer engagements leading to positive outcomes.
