Our Amazon Photos Product Management team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager-Technical to lead growth of its customer base and to deepen the engagement of customers with our products. This Product Manager will invent new engaging experiences on our existing apps on mobile, Echo Show and Fire TV. They will also spawn new apps to build towards a constellation of apps vision, serving customer needs in novel and unique ways.

You are a creator and collector of new ideas. You can come up with frugal ways to test new ideas, fail fast on the bad ones, and double down on the winners. You enjoy wearing many hats - from building scrappy UI mocks, to writing SQL like scripts for funnel analysis, to doing customer interviews, defining MVP, to working with engineering and AI teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Deeply understand needs of our target customer cohorts, including unspoken problems that customers have gotten accustomed to live with.
- Analyze funnels and experiments, and propose optimizations.
- Drive engagement (DAU, WAU, MAU, DAU/WAU).
- Partner with Applied Science, Engineering, peer Product Managers, and Leadership, to craft the overall growth strategy and product vision.
- End to end execution - UI, Backend services, running A/B experiments, and iterative launch strategies.
- Analyze funnels by writing scripts or working with Business Intelligence team.
- Understand customer needs by running customer research.
- Write pitch decks or mini-PRFAQs to help the team analyze new investment ideas.
- Drive cost and ROI analysis partnering with BI, Applied Science and Engineering.
- Drive online (A/B) strategy to measure impact of personalized experiences on customer and business metrics.
- Cross team collaboration with peer PMs, Applied Science, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and PR partners.

Amazon Photos helps customers preserve and re-live their memories. The service comes with unlimited photo storage for Prime members and apps are available on iOS, Android, Web, Desktop, Fire Tablet & Fire TV. The service is also integrated into Alexa devices such as Echo Show. Amazon Photos is the one of the main digital offering to Prime subscribers along with Amazon Music and Amazon Video offerings. We have ambitious goals to scale growth and adoption of the service around the world and delight our customers with a great product.

- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Start up experience or experience pitching, driving, launching 0-to-1 ideas
- Experience driving Product-led-growth, and growth hacking

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
