What you’ll do…

  • Conduct product/feature analytics with minimal guidance, understanding trends and insights.

  • Monitor, collect, and structure data, supporting the identification and application of tools and techniques.

  • Plan, design, and implement exploratory data analysis.

  • Research and verify customer needs and expectations, delivering customer value within profitability targets.

  • Build and maintain customer connections and feedback loops.

  • Create customer journeys and identify touchpoints, addressing gaps/risks in product experiences.

  • Build and own a product roadmap, communicating with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

  • Manage backlog/priority tradeoff decisions and product/feature rollouts using an MVP approach.

  • Optimize products iteratively, exploring new focus areas for value creation.

  • Articulate problem statements and hypotheses, guiding team members towards prototypes.

  • Communicate product strategy and vision effectively, understanding "Go-to-Market" strategies.

  • Influence team members and stakeholders with sound recommendations.

  • Prepare clear, concise, and logically structured reports/materials.

  • Own business and user acceptance testing for simple products/features.

  • Represent technology requirements and drive technology design outcomes.

  • Drive informed discussions with engineering teams to assess feasibility and prioritize efforts.

  • Compare the maturity of products/services across subdomains, recommending new processes and automation opportunities.

  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, developing priorities, and measuring progress.

  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, fostering a team-based work environment.

  • Promote and support company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.

  • Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current plans and consulting with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications...
