We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Product Manager with expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and integration capabilities. This role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap for integrations between our platform and third-party ATS systems, ensuring seamless data flow and enhancing overall user experience. 

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, product, and external partners to drive innovation and optimize product functionality, delivering best-in-class solutions.  Finally, you will be analyzing and reporting product data for effective launches, and ensuring that quality, usability, and reliability standards are met.

Responsibilities

    • Product Ambassador: Evangelize your products internally and externally, as well as being the product subject matter expert and primary contact.
    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ATS integration capabilities, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
    • Technical Integration Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and enhance API integrations with popular ATS platforms, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, customer success, and external ATS vendors to ensure seamless integration, data flow, and functionality between systems.
    • Customer-Centric Development: Gather market feedback and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features that enhance user experience and support key workflows within ATS platforms.
    • Technical Documentation & Support: Oversee the creation of technical documentation for integrations, offering support to internal teams and customers for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of the ATS market and competitor offerings to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators.
    • Product Launch & Adoption: Lead the launch of new integrations and features, collaborating with marketing and customer success to drive adoption, deliver training, and ensure successful implementations.
    • Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs and success metrics for integrations, monitoring performance and making data-driven improvements as needed

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology field, advanced degree preferred.
    • 3-5+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years of experience in ATS, HR technology, or similar integrations
    • Passion for solving customer problems and delivering superior user experience
    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data integration, and experience working with technical teams to deliver integration solutions
    • Familiarity with major ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, ICIMS, Greenhouse, Taleo, etc.) and a solid understanding of the ATS ecosystem
    • Proficiency in using data to drive product decisions and experience with product analytics tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
    • Experience with JSON and XML
    • Experience with cloud-based environments, particularly AWS
    • Knowledge of HR compliance and security standards in data management

$101,200 - $140,000 a year
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $101,200 - $140,000. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training.  This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
