PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
This position works within the Product team and reports to the Director of Product Management.  The main purpose and summary of the position is to drive completion of Product initiatives and the continuing development of the product based on customer needs. This is a growth area for our Company, so we are hiring a dynamic individual that can help us take these offerings to the next level. 

Major duties and responsibilities include:

    • Continue to build upon the best-in-class products. 
    • Document product requirements and User Stories associated with Epics and Master Features. 
    • Populate Product Roadmap Features with required fields from Epics tied to the Initiative. 
    • Refine requirements with the Engineering team to estimate effort of User Stories. 
    • Execute technical requirements to drive feature implementation. 
    • Participate in daily standup with the Engineering team. 
    • Leads team sprint planning to define sprint plan and communicates with stakeholders throughout the project. 
    • Works closely with Functional Product Manager to create and maintain product backlog and manages prioritizing tasks. 
    • Works with the Product Functional Lead to deliver updates and status reports. 
    • Mitigates roadblocks to achieve sprint and release goals. 
    • Participates in the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities. 
    • Resource to Professional Services for implementation support and training. 
    • Additionally, works with the product team on general product improvements and projects as required.  Some cross-functional work in other areas of the product may be required 

REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in, Engineering, Science, Business, or related field 
    • The self-starting individual should have a minimum of five years’ experience working in a product management team role. Bonus having experience with SaaS software product management. 
    • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working with a Scrum team.  
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
    • Communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to the success of this candidate. 
    • Ability to grasp issues, problem solve and suggest innovative solutions.  
    • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. 
    • Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
