The Position


As a Technical Product Manager focused on building data products and integrations at League, you will drive the development and enhancement of our platform, data infrastructure, APIs, and integrations to support our digital health ecosystem.

You will work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to design scalable systems that meet the evolving needs of our platform. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and experience with data platforms, APIs, or integration strategies.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Product Strategy: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer services and data platform initiatives, aligning with League’s overall business objectives
  • API and Integration Strategy: Drive the strategy and execution of API development and integration efforts, enabling seamless interoperability with internal and third-party systems
  • Data Platform Management: Lead the development of League's data platform, focusing on data ingestion, storage, processing, and access to support various business functions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance on data platform architecture, backend design patterns, and integration approaches
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, development, testing, and release
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and usage metrics, continuously seeking improvements to enhance system capabilities
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and releases to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with a focus on APIs, Integrations, data platforms, data products or related areas
  • Strong technical background with experience in backend architecture, data platforms, and cloud services
  • Experience with API development and integration, focussed on requirement gathering and driving adoption 
  • Understanding of data management, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language

  • Compliance with Information Security Policies
  • Compliance with League’s secure coding practice
  • Responsibility and accountability for executing League's policies and procedures
  • Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries for the position across all Canadian locations. Where in the band you may land is determined by job-related skills/experience.
