AMS Supplies Product Manager

Description -

In this position you will be responsible for the Indigo & PWP supplies product line management, defining business plans, growth strategies, communications and driving customer engagement. You will collaborate with the wider Industrial Print Customer Success (IPCS), business category & sales teams to ensure seamless execution of supplies and business plans while monitoring KPIs and business performance. The role demonstrates mastery level of understanding of supplies business, processes and operation within the industrial business, while focusing on growth and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Facing: Initiate and lead customer engagement to drive growth in print volume, improve profitability and customer experience.

Leads and organizes internal and external supplies knowledge communications via; webinars, presentations, newsletters and other communication vehicles. (subjects related to: lifespan, special inks, special applications, promotions, Etc)

  • Internal team collaboration and support: Leads overall engagement with the GTM organization to support with supplies initiatives, customers enquiries and growth initiatives.

Support the CBM & Sales with analyzing and recommending supplies pricing strategies and that help driving new HW deals execution.

Contributes and lead in defining the supplies category business plan and strategies to drive growth, profitability and improve customer experience.

Collaborates with wider regional team business, category, CBM, sales, and finance to define new promotions and execution of supplies business plans.

  • Growth and innovation: Monitors IPCS main key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develops and executes action plans.

Develops and implement initiatives to improve processes, supplies promos, using the insights gathers form customers, our internal team, IB management data and market trends.

Drive in depth analysis on the performance of our promos and special pricing programs to track progress, understand trends, and recommend improvement strategies.

Initiate activities related to IB management, unveil opportunities for growth and work with the wider regional team to implement strategies to materialize from these areas.

Qualification, Education & Experience

  • Customer facing experience including presentations, webinars, running customer programs, negotiations, and consulting.
  • Strong analytical skill, high level of proficient with Excell.  Tableau knowledge a plus.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in category management, business data analysis, P&L management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Digital and Analog Printing a plus.

Impact & Scope

  • Impacts large functions, Drive P&L impact projects and initiatives.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $139,600 to $202,400 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
