Your Job
In this varied role, you will work closely with and report directly to our CPO
This role is based in Hamburg and primarily requires in-office presence with flexibility to work from home as needed
Identify and run critical projects that align with the strategic goals of the Product division
Take responsibility for the planning and execution of various operational and strategic matters
Facilitate management decisions by providing reports, analysis, and sparring with stakeholders and the CPO
Strategic and operative support in the preparation and execution of leadership meeting routines
Prepare content for presentations for board, partner, and staff meetings
Leadership responsibility of one direct report.
Your Skills
Completed a university degree in business or a related field
3-5 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting and/or corporate development/strategy environment
Reliable, accurate and independent working style, able to quickly switch contexts and work on multiple projects/tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good business sense and entrepreneurial mindset
Able to set up and run projects independently, managing various stakeholders and cross-functional team members
A proactive team player, able to drive projects and stakeholders and deliver excellent results even under time pressure
Strong command of office tools (PowerPoint, excel) with an eye for detail
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and German is a plus
