  • Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and enhancements.

  • Ensure product solutions are scalable to meet the demands of high-volume digital campaigns.

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing, integrating relevant advancements into the product strategy.

  • Collaborate with the CTO, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of product initiatives.

  • Advocate for the voice of the customer by embedding feedback into the product development lifecycle.

  • Ensure product compliance with regulations (e.g., CCPA) and manage associated risks.

  • Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize features.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, driving continuous performance optimization.

  • Drive the scaling of new and existing product lines, aligning with Site Impact’s vision and goals.

  • Measure and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Represent Site Impact’s product vision both internally and externally, serving as a key advocate for product initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management leadership positions with a proven record of leading and managing a product management organization with overall responsibility for establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives.

  • Strong track record of delivering innovative and successful product strategies.

  • Expertise in managing product teams and fostering a culture of innovation.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, cross-channel marketing, and data-driven product development.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Based in south Florida or willing to relocate.
