Chief Product Officer

Fast-growing fintech and insurtech company, is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer, you'll lead their product vision, strategy, and execution to ensure their product roadmap aligns with their long-term business goals. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring someone who thinks big whilst rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. You will work closely with the CEO and other C-suite leaders to prioritize initiatives that will drive user engagement, growth, and market fit.

Key responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop a clear, inspiring product vision and strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives.
• Product Roadmap Ownership: Build, manage, and communicate a roadmap that balances immediate needs with long-term innovation.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Serve as the voice of the customer, driving insights through user research, feedback loops, and data analytics to ensure were solving the right problems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver innovative solutions that maximize value for our customers.
• Herald our company and products into the AI age, by leading the product organization and their adoption of AI tools including usage and development within our own products

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role, within a fintech, insurance tech or payments startup.
• 7+ years of in scaling fintech/payments products from MVP through multiple stages of growth and optimizing user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Extensive experience using data to drive decisions and measure success within a financial environment, with a strong grasp of product analytics and user research methodologies.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with an extensive record of working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver successful fintech products.
