POSITION SUMMARY
The CRM Manager is responsible for the maintenance and evolution of the CRM working closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives and oversees quality of the data. The position focuses on continuous improvement to maintain and increase utility and value of CRM, and partners with colleagues to ensure that the CRM provides reliable data and efficient tools for analysis and tracking to help achieve the communications and mission objectives of Trinity Church Wall Street.
The annual salary range for this position is $131,500 to $169,100.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain data hygiene and quality: implement and oversee quality control procedures to provide clean and accurate constituent data.
- Define and manage data ownership: advises on departmental use of CRM features to strategically support Trinity’s efforts and usage within the staff and parish community.
- Onboard, train and support staff: Maintain and create online documentation, training videos, asynchronous chats, and related processes.
- Identify, define, and manage new user requirements
- Collect and analyze customer data through reporting tools like Excel ad PowerBI.
- Develop new ways to meet customers’ needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the customer experience
- Adhere to confidentiality rules and all other Trinity Wall Street policies, procedures, and rules.
- Perform all duties in a manner that promote Trinity’s mission and core values.
- Assume other related responsibilities and special projects as required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ACTIVITIES
- Understanding of the rules and regulations around data governance as relates to PII
- Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements
- Ability to define and write requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask priorities with tight deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well within a team environment
REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3-5 years working with CRM, Excel, relational databases, Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Experience with business process administration and CRM policies and controls for data management
