About our Core Products:

Neuron’s Core Products include Pulse, Grid, and NCC:

  • Pulse: A real-time QoE monitoring platform that measures connectivity performance, providing an independent, holistic view of the digital experience at customer sites.
  • Grid and NCC: AI-powered network management solutions that dynamically optimize network traffic and bandwidth for mobile fleets, delivering time and cost savings, seamless connectivity, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

As Group Product Manager, Core Products, you will define and execute the strategic direction, development, and market positioning of our flagship QoE and Network Management products. This pivotal role will require collaboration across engineering, data analytics, customer success, and business development teams to ensure the delivery of world-class products aligned with Neuron’s mission of transforming connectivity for mobile fleets.


What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Own and define the long-term product vision and roadmap for Pulse, Grid, and NCC, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Collaborate with engineering, AI/ML teams, and data analysts to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
    • Act as the primary advocate for Core Products internally and externally, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Customer-Centric Development:
    • Work closely with customers to gather insights and requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.
    • Develop use cases and prioritize features that optimize QoE and operational efficiency for customers.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring products meet both technical and business objectives.
    • Ensure customer feedback and data-driven insights guide continuous improvement.
  • AI and Analytics Integration:
    • Leverage Neuron’s AI and analytics capabilities to deliver smarter, more efficient solutions.
    • Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance product performance monitoring and reporting capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in network management or AI/ML-powered solutions.
  • Proven success in building and shipping SD-WAN, QoE monitoring, or network optimization products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
  • Experience in the transportation or connectivity industry, particularly mobile fleets.
  • Expertise in agile product development and lifecycle management.
