The Stagwell Marketing Cloud (SMC) was founded with an ambition to inspire and activate the modern, in-house marketer with actionable insights, real-time feedback, and clarity of purpose. We are building a suite of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for the in-house marketer to activate media. Responsibilities

Overview: We are seeking an innovative and strategic New Applications Development Product Manager to spearhead the ideation, creation, and management of new software applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions. As a pivotal member of our team, you will drive the development roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring novel applications to life that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the development of product strategy and roadmap for new software applications and identity solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Identify market opportunities through market research and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Evaluate Cross sell and upsell opportunities on the platform and product managing the delivery of those proposed offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and development teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new software applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications, adhering to project timelines and resource allocations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand user needs and gather feedback for product enhancements.
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on features, UX , UI  to improve user experience and overall product satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to incorporate innovative features and functionalities into new applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and work closely with development teams to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and adoption of new applications.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to derive actionable insights, driving continuous improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience 4-7years in product management, with a focus on software/application development.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience in bringing new products or applications to market successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with fast-paced teams and in startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with relevant AI frameworks and survey tools is desired.
  • Ability to deal with abstract concepts, work well with ambiguity, and enjoy interacting with clients and building requirements from scratch.
  • Startup experience and the ability to showcase failures and move on.

 

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $140,000-$180,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
