Based in Malvern, PA or remotely and reporting to the Director, Professional Marketing, the Product Manager will be an essential part of the marketing team by supporting both upstream and downstream product and indication responsibilities, creative support, analytics, and administrative support as needed. The successful candidate needs to have a demonstrated track record of being a strong team player, excellent attention to detail, project planning skills, intellectual curiosity, and analytical skills. Because they will be supporting the NeuroStar product line they will need to be flexible, able to balance multiple projects which may have tight timelines.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Introduces new products and software releases by developing integrated plans with sales, advertising, and development by developing education, promotional, and tactical support.
- Manages and implements marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
- In partnership with the Communications team, develop sales materials to support commercialization efforts and enhance competitive selling.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps while generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message follows the brand guidelines.
- Perform market, sales, and financial analysis, for current and/or new markets, products and procedure opportunities.
- Create and implement new product feasibility requirements, product/project contracts and business analysis.
- Develop competitive intelligence to aid in field sales selling and support development of future product needs.
- Collaborate with physician thought-leaders and product champions to identify clinical needs and technical gaps. Generate customer requirements through physician advisory boards, office meetings, and other venues.
- Collaborate with field sales and sales leadership to identify product and technology gaps along with potential new procedural market opportunities. Confirm key product functionality needs.
- Support the design team to update and optimize marketing materials as needed, including printed, digital and web-based assets.
- Develop competitive assessments and creation of sales education and marketing materials.
- Analyze results of marketing programs and make recommendations.
- Assist the marketing team with managing the logistics of the advertising and promotion committee reviews and education platform.
- Assist the marketing team with large internal and external meeting logistics, such as tradeshows, webinars, prospecting events.
- Assist with invoice submission, budget reconciliation, accruals and accounts payable.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Downstream and Upstream product marketing or development; with both feasibility and launch experience.
- Superior communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex information in a simple and effective manner.

- Advanced analytical skills (market trends, financials, etc).

- Capability to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
- Experience analyzing data utilizing pivot tables.

- Experience in or ability to learn CRM and events management software and other software as needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with medical device marketing or design.
- Master’s degree in BA, marketing, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- 5 years of experience in marketing, selling to, or communicating with clinician office-based channel preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%-75%
- Walking/Bending/Stooping 50%-75% to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
- Light to moderate lifting
