Job Overview

As a Product Manager with Vant4ge, you will be accountable for delivery of market-leading products that create obvious and compelling value to our customers and exceed company and customer objectives. You will work very closely with all stakeholders, including sales, subject matter experts, engineering, operations, compliance, quality assurance, and customer support. The Product Manager will act as a key innovator and contributor in ultimate success of the product.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Own product management for features of the Vantage Platform and legacy Products

  • Actively participate in all aspects of the product development cycle.

  • In an agile environment, develop detailed product stories/requirement to ensure product delivery consistent with target personas, motivators and expectations.

  • Employ and develop product planning and management best practices, establishing and executing reliable processes for collecting and prioritizing customer/market requirements.

  • Work with your team to build, launch, implement, and support the products you own

  • Plans and Drives releases

  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with customer facing staff as a key resource to address critical pre- and post-sales customer product issues and ultimately help drive product sales engagements to closure.

  • Support, communicate, and advocate product plans

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to communicate customer needs, adjust requirements based on technical feedback, prioritize requirements, and manage changing priorities.

  • Research, learn and implement technologies to develop background for successful product definition.

  • Manage a distributed team consisting of BAโ€™s, QAโ€™s and Developers

  • Leads/Mentors the development team,

  • Conduct analysis and design activities for the initiatives you own

  • Help Maintain feature roadmap based on the needs of Vant4ge, our partners and customers, incorporating on-going analysis of best in class platforms

  • Stay current with industry trends and evaluates 3rd party products with the goal of recommending buy or build decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree; technical degree a plus

  • Minimum 7 years of directly related scrum/agile product delivery experience

  • 4+ Years as a Product Owner/Project Manager

  • A strong general technical competency required

  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Proven track record for high quality product delivery

  • In-depth understanding of the agile software development cycle and methodologies

  • Teamwork, attention to detail, and great communication skills are a required

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and grow-cross functional teams

  • Must work well with others of all personality types in an intense environment

  • Scrum Master Experience and/or Certification is not required, but is desired
