As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for individuals who are established in their product management careers and are ready to lead product initiatives that make a significant impact on user experience and market success.

Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for maintaining a prioritized roadmap, leading customer calls, and proactively managing product enhancements. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and skilled at leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Leadership: Lead customer engagements, gather feedback, and guide product direction based on customer insights.
  • Advanced Product Enhancement: Continuously improve product features by leveraging deep product knowledge and market insights.
  • Strategic Pricing: Define and recommend pricing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives.
  • Partnership Strategy Development: Identify and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the product’s value and reach.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure stakeholder visibility into product initiatives and align strategy with business objectives.
  • End-to-End Product Development: Oversee product development from concept to delivery, ensuring features exceed expectations.
  • Needs Assessment and Strategy Formulation: Collaborate with customers to understand workflows and translate insights into product strategy.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Manage complex issues and risks, developing contingency plans for successful product delivery.
  • Feature Testing and Optimization: Lead feature testing, ensuring optimal user experience and continuous product improvement.
  • Strategic Request Prioritization: Prioritize feature requests, balancing customer satisfaction with business goals.
  • Customer Expectation Management: Manage customer expectations to ensure alignment with product delivery and business objectives.
  • Escalation Management: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on new features and product enhancements.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor Associate Product Managers, fostering innovation and excellence within the team.

Requirements for Consideration

  • Experience: 3-7+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and drive product success.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Product Management, Engineering, or related), or equivalent job experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Atlassian) and data analysis.
