Position Overview:

Palladin Technologies is a leader in Salesforce innovation, and we are looking for a Salesforce Innovation Product Manager to drive the development, deployment, and enhancement of cutting-edge industry solutions built on the Salesforce platform. This role will focus on ensuring Palladin’s Salesforce-specific products and solutions align with the latest technologies and trends, while addressing organizational goals and maximizing business value.

The Salesforce Innovation Product Manager will lead innovation projects, managing the product lifecycle and working closely with internal teams to enhance Salesforce capabilities. This position requires deep expertise in Salesforce, strong product management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Assist in defining the product roadmap and strategy for innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation.
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of Salesforce trends and ensuring the organization is utilizing the latest tools and techniques.

Product Development and Management

  • Lead the Salesforce product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of features that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and solution architects to design and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Maintain a backlog of product features, prioritizing based on business impact and urgency.
  • Continuously refine the product development process, ensuring agility and alignment with business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver Salesforce solutions that address key challenges.Present product updates and new ideas to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and securing buy-in.

Market and Competitive Analysis

  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, innovations, and trends to keep products at the forefront of the market.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive offerings, shaping product strategy accordingly.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce products by analyzing performance, gathering feedback, and making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Lead initiatives to experiment with new Salesforce technologies, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure Salesforce products enhance business operations.
  • Manage external partners, vendors, and consultants where necessary to deliver on product goals.

Compliance and Governance

  • Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure that product and process standards are followed across teams.

Qualifications (5–8+ years)

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on Salesforce solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce projects from conception to launch.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, Lightning, AppExchange, and other Salesforce products.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and integration processes.

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and platform features, and emerging trends.Ability to drive innovative solutions and product enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.

Certifications 

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
