Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in engaging with customer implementations to understand the challenges faced by system integrators and customers while implementing Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Cloud. The key objective of this role is to ensure that customers implement the features as designed and to identify opportunities for improving existing functionalities, ensuring seamless integration across all modules within the SCP Cloud.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly interact with customers and their chosen implementation partners to provide oversight during the Oracle SCP Cloud implementation. Understand the status of the implementation, identify critical issues, and agree on action plans for resolution.
  • Actively engage with customers and system integrators to understand the challenges they face during implementation. Serve as a bridge between customer teams and Oracle Product Development to address and resolve these challenges.
  • Ensure that the customer implements the Oracle SCP Cloud features as designed, maintaining alignment among all parties involved in the implementation process.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing functionalities within the Oracle SCP Cloud to ensure all modules work seamlessly together.
  • Drive to closure any issues that put the go-live at risk, including defining ownership between the customer, the integration partner, and Oracle.
  • Regularly interact with senior executives within the customer’s business, IT, and service organizations, as well as within Oracle.

Experience and Skills

  • Implementation Expertise: Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Supply Chain Planning applications. Deep knowledge of the business and processes supported by Oracle SCP products.
  • Advanced Technical/Functional Skills: Ability to handle non-routine and complex work, applying advanced technical and functional knowledge in the area of SCP Cloud.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading the implementation of enterprise-class, mission-critical applications.
  • Analytics Familiarity: Familiarity with modern analytics reporting tools is desirable.

Canada: Hiring Range from $76,700 to $167,000 CAD per annum 
US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. 

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
