The Product Strategy Sr. Director of Oracle Retail Supply Chain is a global role, responsible for defining the product roadmap, solution direction and the go-to-market strategy across retail supply chain solutions. Owning the direction, vision and value proposition for the Product set is key to the position. Within Oracle Retail they are responsible for leading cross functional teams tasked with defining detailed solution and market requirements to meet the strategic direction and ultimately execute against the plan. Outside Oracle Retail they are the face of the Product whether it be to customers, analysts or partners.

ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new and innovative products, services and processes
- Research and understand the market makeup, needs and competitive landscape
- Justify investment of resources in business case to translate market requirements into financial projections
- Evangelize the portfolio and enable both internal and external teams on how best to approach the solution set
- Launch new products, features, capabilities and solutions into the market
- Own portfolio definition related to cloud and Supply Chain strategy from vision, roadmap to detailed product requirements
- Customer relationship leadership to build and nurture long term customer trust, loyalty and satisfaction
- Lead and influence product team to invest and iterate on the right product features, with a focus on next-generation planning concepts
- Evaluate and deliver pricing strategies & pricing models for SaaS cloud services and fully understand underlying cost models in order to create business cases and margin calculations for prospective solutions
- Evaluate and prioritize any software enhancements or service offering modifications that help drive lower costs and thus higher margins
- Run effective beta programs and collect continuous customer feedback
- Collaborate with product marketing on release, market positioning, and GTM training, as well as strategies and tactics to drive product adoption post-launch
- Partner with sales and marketing to deliver high-quality content, positioning and demand generation programs
- Work closely with sales and marketing organizations to launch to maximize adoption of new solution services/features
- Present solution strategy to internal audiences, customers, conference attendees, partners, media and analysts
- Establish, track and report on metrics to measure the success of each service offering and release
- Work collaboratively with other solution leads to deliver a connected retail solution to the market
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Merchant, Supply Chain leader or in Product Management
- Must have Allocation, Forecasting or Replenishment experience within a retailer
- Large organization/mature retail process experience is a requirement
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into value-based, intuitive concepts and graphics
- Ability to work in a non-routine and very complex environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of retail supply chain
- Comfortable leading a team of domain experts and working in a highly matrixed organization (leading through influence)

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
