Job Purpose:
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for specific products or product lines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products or product lines.
- Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target market.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
- Create marketing collateral, including product documentation, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance and market trends.

- Understand the Business Portfolio target & able to plan marketing strategy & plan execution with stakeholders.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
