Role/ Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

 

Function/ Department: Marketing

 

Job Purpose:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for specific products or product lines. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned products or product lines.
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target market.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
  • Create marketing collateral, including product documentation, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on marketing performance and market trends.
  • Expert in problem solving skills & Positive attitude.
  • Understand the Business Portfolio target & able to plan marketing strategy & plan execution with stakeholders.

 

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Post-graduation: MBA

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
