Overview
The Product Officer plays a critical role in driving the strategic product vision and execution within the organization. This position is pivotal in identifying market needs, developing new products, and ensuring that existing products meet performance benchmarks. As part of the senior management team, the Product Officer will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align product strategies with the overall business goals. The Product Officer acts as the linchpin that connects customer insight with product design, ensuring that product offerings are not only innovative but also competitive in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- [Product roadmap development] Support to manage the strategy for all DA product portfolio by considering market needs and competitiveness.
- [Product strategy development] Support to develop the product differentiation plan and positioning strategy based on company, competitor and market analysis and manage the definitions of the specifications.
- [New business area identification] Support in decision making for developing new products, services and business by deriving insights from the customer and company's perspective.
- Assist on new Product launch and GTM, achieving MP/SP, Order finalization with National Distributor's.
- Support to manage Pre-planning and rolling plan, GSCM operation coordination and business report preparations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor’s Degree in Management
- Actively provides insights and recommendations for the functional or business level strategic plans
- Anticipates future needs and develops innovative solutions that addresses longer-term needs of the function
- Actively creates the linkages of his/her own function with other parts of the organization to generate greater business value
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and market research techniques.
