WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Product Manager is a key part of product team and will be primarily responsible for managing our growing Air Handler product line. This role reports to our Manager, Product Management and operates under their general supervision.
You will be responsible for preparing marketing and product strategies and programs for air handlers, for both the single family and multi-family residential applications. You’ll lead our new product introduction stage gate process for the air handler product line, ensuring on-time launches of new and enhanced products.
You’ll evaluate current product performance and positioning to help develop and update our product roadmap based on market research and new trends. Meeting with customers, sales, product engineering, and manufacturing, you’ll determine specifications for existing and future products. You will assist the sales team resolving relevant product concerns and in training customers on new product applications. You will also support to preparation of business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines.

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1-year related experience.
