Job Description
As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products that assist in Allstate's claims handling processes.• Manages the product backlog, contributes towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
• Provide input on decomposing complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.
• Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
• Represent the “voice of the customer”; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits.
• Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
• Authors, tests, and accepts stories.
• Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy.
• Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• Experience working within extreme programming is a plus.
• Experience with data mapping and tagging is a plus.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
