What you’ll do

Our Product teams figure out what needs to be built and why. Clients come to us with visions of how they will change their industry, and it is our job to create and refine the roadmap for getting there. Your role will be to act as the master translator, extracting the visions of transformative change, the true desires of end-users, and the insights of your teammates to build the best possible product. You will partner with client executives and work cross-functionally, both internally and externally. Success in this role can be abstracted into three primary areas: you are a catalyst for your team, a multiplier to your clients, and accountable to objective measures.

Responsibilities

  • Hear the client - Understand their business challenges, goals, market positioning, and primary strategy
  • Facilitate intellectual progress - Lead client discovery phases and collaborate with internal teams to define detailed product roadmaps, scoped features and timelines
  • Learn from the market - Scope and execute tests and learning pursuits to build objective insights about a client’s market and potential customers
  • Chart the way - Create detailed documentation (product briefs, user stories, due diligence for key product considerations, etc.) that outlines AI solutions, communicates technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provides your design and engineering teammates with what they need to succeed
  • Measure outcomes - Design and implement analytics tracking plans that capture important metrics to inform future product development
  • Level up together - Synthesize your learnings for the team and scale institutional knowledge
  • Utilize GenAI - Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI to ensure we are providing the most effective solutions, and analyze business processes to identify where GenAI can impact business objectives and strategy to drive ROI

About you

  • You love technology and fully embrace your “geek out” moments
  • You find it easy to make people feel heard, and they often reply, “Yes, exactly!”
  • You are uncompromising about cutting corners but know that the definitions of success must be shared and revisited over time
  • You are adept at seeking out and extracting objective data and qualitative insights to inform a larger product direction or market strategy
  • You are energized by the idea of building multiple products at once across industries and technology types
  • You are curious and have an insatiable appetite for GenAI and emerging technologies

What we expect

  • 5+ years in a product management or technical consulting role
    • 1 year of relevant project experience leveraging GenAI
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and agile product development
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits
  • Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
  • Experience with data analytics and cloud platforms is a plus
