About Stagwell Marketing Cloud

The Stagwell Marketing Cloud (SMC) was founded with an ambition to inspire and activate the modern, in-house marketer with actionable insights, real-time feedback, and clarity of purpose. We are building a suite of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products for the in-house marketer to activate media.

 

Launched in 2021, we are a new, growing team born out of Stagwell Global and its network of 70+ forward-thinking agencies worldwide. We are constantly asking ourselves how we can do more and make a greater impact in the lives of today’s in-house marketer.

Responsibilities:

  • The Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle
  • You’ll help shape and build the product roadmap and requirements and narrative — and its execution — for Stagwell Marketing Cloud AI-powered tools and experiences
  • You will oversee the product roadmap and product requirmeents offerings for each of our segments , BU’s , as well as for integrated marketing campaigns that help us land that positioning in the market
  • You’ll partner closely with:
  • The growth and lifecycle marketing & Sales teams to create, execute, and improve our AI-centric application offerings throughout the funnel
  • The AI and data science R&D teams, to help shape the roadmap and launch new features
  • The UX , Marketing, PMM and PR teams , ensuring that Gen AI , AI/ML is embedded in our core positioning and enablement for GTM teams
  • The partnerships and ecosystem teams, identifying ways to leverage our strong network of partners to amplify AI awareness and leadership
  • The customer success and education teams, on initiatives to help our customers get up and running with AI, ML, reporting, and applications and tools, and find as much success as possible
  • To do this, they collaborate with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the solution context, and develop the program vision, roadmap, and features required to meet these needs
  • Then, they support the ARTs in delivering value through the program kanban and continuous delivery pipeline
  • Build the next generation of product features for marketing automation in the Stagwell Marketing Cloud
  • Ensures that product and solution meet the economic business goals established by the portfolio and develops a clear model of how the solution provides value to customers
  • Develops customer-centric ROI models that align with the value provided
  • Maintains and updates these models over the product-market lifecycle and in response to changing portfolio demands

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • An experienced product marketer (5+ years) with tons of experience creating , building, positioning, translating business requirements into product requirements , developing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Engg and Business, and leading product launches of all sizes. Strong inclination to be startup focus in a large organization.
  • Passionate about AI, Data, Products and marketing technology
  • You’ll need to advocate for AI and ML as core elements of how marketers find success today and in the future, so you’ll want to be all in on the transforming marketing slogan of Stagwell
  • A storyteller, whose exceptional internal and external communications inspire people and compel them to join your cause
  • A confident and collaborative teammate who enjoys working closely with other marketing teams, product teams, Agency teams, and customer success teams
  • A deeply empathetic person, who always starts with our customer and works backwards
  • Scrappy and curious, always questioning the standard way of doing things and finding ways to do it better

 

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $136,000-$160,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
