DescriptionOur team Fusion Release Engineering (FRE) is a central portfolio team for Fusion Applications Development that specializes in automation frameworks and continuous integration between Fusion Applications, Spectra services, Spectra Application, Middleware and RDBMS. We specialize in SaaS and Cloud automation as well as server side abstraction frameworks. We are seeking dynamic people to join this high-profile, agile development team to own the planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementations of Oracle Cloud projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience; B2C exposure is a bonus.
- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, with expertise in web and cloud technologies being a bonus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bring a fun-loving attitude to foster strong collaboration with peers and leadership team members..
- Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
- Experience managing product backlogs for multiple scrum teams or complex products.
- Proficient in crafting PRDs and defining user stories from technical requirements.
- Skilled in developing clear and testable acceptance criteria for features.
- Experience in functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing.
- Ability to track product functionality and performance to meet market needs and regulatory standards.
- Bonus: Knowledgeable in cloud architecture and security policies.

- Contribute to product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for Cloud Initiatives.
- Work as part of the Central Engineering team to deliver against the established strategy.
- Deliver high-quality product features and optimizations, leveraging data for validation.
- Manage stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment with the strategy.
- Write, review, and prioritize user stories; participate in agile ceremonies.
