The Senior Product Manager is a strategic leader within the product team, charged with propelling NAF Link — our cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) technology — into the forefront of the loan origination market. This role demands a blend of intuition for user needs and a keen eye for innovation, ensuring that Loan Officers are equipped with the tools they need to efficiently convert clients into funded loans.

Location: Remote OK - If living within 31 miles of Tustin, CA or Austin, TX will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule

Salary:  $155 - 175K/yr d.o.e.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision and Direction: Cultivate the product vision for NAF Link, ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals. Spearhead product strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and setting the course for product evolution.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Develop comprehensive product requirements and specifications while managing production timelines and go-to-market strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to position NAF Link as a market leader in POS technology.
  • Feature Innovation and Prioritization: Drive the ideation process, generating innovative feature ideas and prioritizing them to maximize impact. Evaluate proposals critically to focus on enhancements that offer the greatest value.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish robust measurement frameworks to analyze the performance of NAF Link. Interpret data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring product features to life. Foster a collaborative environment where ideas thrive, and execution is top-notch.
  • Pressure Management: Expertly manage multiple projects simultaneously. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and clarity of vision under pressure.
  • Industry Expertise: Bring a deep understanding of the mortgage sector to the table. Leverage this expertise to ensure that NAF Link addresses the nuanced needs of the industry and its users.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Mortgage Lending industry on POS/LOS.
  • At least 7 years of product management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
