We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate client goals into well designed project plans and assist the client in understanding and leveraging their own data better for innovative solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of advanced data and analytic solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their mission, priorities, and ability to leverage data for better decision-making. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to identify gaps, recommend solutions, guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while guiding a technical team to deliver data analytic solutions.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with project management, including risk management and reporting
3+ years of experience in product development, including managing product backlog to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
3+ years of experience with DoD in a client facing role and translating government gaps and needs into detailed product specifications and technical requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies, including running ceremonies and using tools, such as Jira
Ability to communicate with military and civilian personnel, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
Ability to lead a technical team to drive, schedule, and execute tasks for new solutions
Secret clearance

Nice If You Have:
Experience as a defense Data Subject Matter Expert or a related role
Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, and computer vision
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate technical concepts and facilitate requirements or technical meetings
TS/SCI clearance
PMP Certification
Scrum Master Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
