Who We Want

The Technical Product Manager will work as part of a team dedicated to managing our custom business applications from the development phase to launch and beyond. This person will require both technical expertise as well as business perspective and will interface with both developers and non-technical business stakeholders. The Technical Product Manager will extend existing products by building new integrations and/or improving existing integrations and APIs based on client feedback and business requirements. The TPM will translate requirements and feedback into functional specifications for development. This position will also coordinate support resources and provide support for integrations and existing applications.

What To Expect

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Support teams to define technical requirements, oversee the software development lifecycle, and coordinate application delivery.
  • Start projects independently, proactively contributing ideas and solutions beyond defined roles.
  • Work closely with developers and support teams to deliver stable, scalable, and reliable product releases that meet business objectives.
  • Act as a technical liaison between engineering and product leadership, translating high-level product goals into structured, actionable tasks.
  • Lead story writing, guiding developers, and performing testing tasks to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Conduct daily scrums, run sprint demos, and lead PI planning sessions, ensuring a seamless workflow and effective resource allocation.
  • Author user stories and acceptance criteria with a focus on technical accuracy and completeness, enabling developers to execute efficiently.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of tech resources and perform configuration as needed to support development and integration efforts.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues across products and coordinate support resources to ensure consistent functionality.
  • Take an active role in QA by testing release candidates to ensure product stability and successful launch.
  • Coordinate support resources and provide application support to end users.

What You Need

  • Bachelor�s degree in engineering, business or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Professional
  • Deep knowledge of product lifecycle and Agile team management
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to distill business requirements from multiple stakeholders into a single feature set
  • Passionate about increasing user engagement across multiple integrated platforms
