Technical Product Manager - Fiber and CVT

Location: EMEA (Remote)

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Thermal Ceramics business unit in EMEA. This role is perfect for someone with a strong engineering background, particularly in materials science, chemical, ceramic materials, or mechanical engineering. If you have R&D or lab experience and are looking to transition into product management, this could be your next big step.

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Product Strategy: Lead the development of product strategies for Fiber and Converted Products, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities and direct R&D efforts to meet evolving market demands.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and end-users.
  • Operational Leadership: Support the new product development process, manage pricing, and analyze competitors to maximize market potential.
  • Training & Development: Equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools to effectively market and sell the product.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Technical Expertise: Degree in engineering, materials science, chemical, or ceramic materials.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, with R&D or lab experience.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and manage complex situations.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in a second European language is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Preferably experience in Thermal Insulation or a material engineering-based business.
