Job Summary

SHI is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join its Product and Solutions Marketing Team. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Modern Workplace Services, you will work alongside our product owners and growth marketing teams to develop top-notch product marketing content for our End-User Computing (EUC) portfolio. Additionally, you collaborate with our growth marketing and partner strategy teams to identify opportunities to help SHI secure new business. We are looking for an energetic, curious, and motivated team player with great storytelling skills to effectively communicate our solutions, product features, and benefits to drive the growth of our EUC Solutions.

Responsibilities

Included, but are not limited to:

  • Support SHI's End-user Computing GTM strategy in partnership with our Partner Solutions Management, and Partner Marketing teams to achieve company growth goals.
  • Partnering with the EUC solution practice leads and product/service owners to develop, execute, and evolve SHI's EUC propositions.
  • Working closely with Growth Marketing, Partner Strategy and Sales leadership to identify EUC program priorities and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define targeted content for various buying personas and buying stages of the SHI customer journey.
  • Supporting Demand Generation, Partner Strategy and Sales Enablement teams with market knowledge and targeted content.
  • Manage the production of all product marketing deliverables, including webpages, sales and marketing collateral, product and solutions videos, customer testimonials, events and webinars.

Qualifications

  • 3 years’ product marketing experience in the technology industry
  • Completed bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: End-user Computing Devices, Communication Solutions, Managed Services 
  • Experience in content creation and collaboration with creative design teams
  • Excellent copywriting ability

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to create compelling and exciting messages that help SHI differentiate from our competitors.
  • Ability to generate effective, high-quality content across various digital formats.
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within short time-scales and deadlines
  • Can-do attitude with a solutions-focused approach to work
  • Comfortable with handling multiple priorities, with fast-paced turn-around

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of all internal SHI systems, specifically Power BI and Microsoft Teams
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in working within the IT channel

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
