As the Global Chief Product Officer, you are responsible for developing our Product and Customer Experience (PCX) capability. You have the vision and the passion to sell our approach both internally and externally. You are expected to have a good understanding of product management, product ownership, service design and UI / UX together with experience and vision of how to implement it practically in the consulting organization. You are expected to be hands-on and pragmatic in approaching new business development and engaging existing business in finding opportunities for growth and capability development. You actively contribute your expertise to important customers and assist in acquiring new customers.Ā
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the PCX strategy, leveraging industry trends to enhance operational efficiency and create innovative service offerings.
Capability Development: Collaborate with regional teams to define PCX development plans, including hiring, financial models, and market strategies. Lead strategic projects from concept to deployment.
Leadership: Manage the global PCX team, fostering innovation, professional growth, and operational excellence across regions.
Business Development: Drive pipeline growth, craft compelling pitches, and engage in strategic partnerships to expand Nortal's market presence.
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead in the PCX field, integrating AI and emerging trends. Position Nortal as a thought leader through customer engagements, industry events, and internal knowledge sharing.
